Symfony 4 support

Are there any plans on updating this bundle for Symfony 4? I saw there was an PR but it got rejected.

What is missing here to work with version 4?

Well there is no plan to, we need someone enough motivated + has the time to create a PR.

This should be determined while making the PR.

I have been using https://github.com/RickySu/RSDiExtraBundle since this summer and it seems to work
