Issue with chats on iOS

Pulsar Manager: ERROR: relation "environments" does not exist

its fixed by adding: ``` SPRING_CONFIGURATION_FILE: "/pulsar-manager/pulsar-manager/application.properties" ``` to configData I wonder why that is not on per default?
