Associate notes with Pomodoros

Would be nice to have some simple tracking for each pomodoro time... some text place to describe shortly what u have done in that time. Usefull for those who work with lot of different tasks and want to have a overview about it later...

One thing I'm doing separately in a document is keeping track of what I did during a pomodoro after it's completed. I think it would be a great feature to add so that users can review what they accomplished during their previous sessions.

a nice feature to incorporate is the possibility to add labels to timers, so the user could check how much time he spent on that task

Let the user rank his/her performance (even comment) for each Pomodoro. This way we can track our progress/performance better.

It might not be a bad idea to be able to edit the History, in order to edit each Pomodoro, to put the name of the project.
