Timer does not elapse when watching a youtube video

Hello there!

I've been using this extension for about half a year, and I noticed while studying that the timer doesn't elapse when I watch a youtube video. The timer stayed at 10 mins even though I watched a 15 min video. At first, I watched on fullscreen. Then I noticed that the timer didn't elapse. So I tried watching in theater mode, but the same thing the timer didn't elapse.
