Feature Request: User custom link to display on the take a break page

I found these breaks are good for a getting small tasks done.

It would be great if the user could specify a link (and title for the link) and if specified then display it on the break page.

This way the user could for example make a link to his list of small tasks todo in whatever site he uses to organize his tasks.
