Using multiple cameras / multiple instances of Instascan.Scanner not working correctly

With two webcams plugged into the same machine, when scanning a code with the first webcam the scan callback is not called, and then when scanning it on the second webcam the scan callback for both Instascan.Scanner instances is called.

I've got the same issue, any ideas?
