Support partial requests

We are looking for a solution to host WebAmps playlist so we can stream audio and pre-fetch efficiently its metadata.

Any chance you will support partial requests RFC-7233 (byte ranges)?

This one is still looking hard to impliment with the current (and even the planned) archetecture. I'd love to support it, but between GitHub not really respecting the protocol, and Cloudflare actively disrespecting it (when you're not on the higher tier plans), it would need GitCDN to effectivly download => chunk => serve chunk, for whole files. Something the server isn't equipped for at this time.

Adding it to the long term track so it isn't lost or forgotten
