Remote Chrome Buggy?

Is it just me or is the remote chrome (on Lambda) a bit buggy? I run the same code on local and it works fine, but when I run it on Lambda it causes odd results. In particular, using setCookies doesn't seem to log me in automatically for the website I want to visit, but the same code (with the same cookies) works on local. I even tried different IP addresses on local to make sure it wasn't a IP address issue. This is just one odd result I'm getting by running on Lambda, I have a few other odd results as well.

Yes, it seems buggy to me. At times it'll proxy, others it won't.
