Update libraries and libraries README?

We should probably update those with newer versions, if available. I also noticed some incorrect and missing information in the libraries README.

The problem is some of the libraries are pretty difficult to find, mostly because they have such generic names, and people have written the same basic thing over and over again for their own projects.

If you (@schibo) customized any of the libraries, I'd like to know which libraries so I know not to just assume they are complete.

The libraries directory is a little messy, so I may clean that up too if you are down for that.

Feel free to make suggestions and ask questions, but if that sounds alright I can start working on some of it. 😄
