Time zones

It should be possibe to describe many things with time zones:

  • Schedules for things such as broadcasts (already implemented)
  • The time-zone for a Person's own schedule, as it appears on some profile pages.

I propose creating a TimeZone object. It can take a TZ identifier, or an ISO-8601 time zone offset The latter is already used on Schema.org, but I prefer a TZ identifier because it will not need to update often for daylight savings.
