Cover NonprofitType of other than UK, US or NL
What would be the proper way to extend NonprofitType to cover all countries and not a tiny amount of countries?

As you can see we organized it so that there is an enumerated subtype for each country. If you can point to authoritative lists of categories (in an ideal world machine readable) we can start to reflect in other code lists for non-profit types

Sounds excellent. Is there a compelling reason to distinguish between country codes (country) for non profit organisations? This organisation will seldom be used on its own but always combined with some other source for location and country.
The codes are organized by country within schema.org bur needn’t have NL, FR etc necessarily in their names. We do like them to be unambiguous though so if one was called code-74252 it would be either in NL or in FR, but not both. It is too unreliable to assume sufficient context will always be provided.
