Run-Ahead support?

Does this support Run-Ahead now, or will it support Run-Ahead in the future?

Chances are rather slim for that, sorry.

The way DOSBox is built at it's core loop level certainly is the biggest hurdle. I tried my best to make frame-stepping and rewind work with these limitations, so it almost looks like it would work. But sadly both video and audio output are not at all locked to what RetroArch considers a frame.
