Using "Memory Size" above 16 MB does problems in some games ?

The game Hexen 2 DOS version using "Memory Size" 16 MB load and run correct in few scenes of first stage , but after loading others stages the game crash requiring "Memory Size" 24 MB to run correctly.

Using "Memory Size" 24 MB does incompatibility in some games ? Thanks for reading.

This was the case already in normal dosbox. Some games are badly coded like this, and that's why the dosbox default memory is 16. Only increase it if the game really needs it.
