Lots of page fault errors in Win98SE on arm build

Yep can confirm I got exactly those same errors during and after installation. You probably should update the title of #284 to reflect the new errors.
For now the only reliable way around these issues on non-Intel platforms is to toggle the core option System > Advanced > Force Normal Core in OS. Because switching to the "Normal CPU Core" incurs quite a performance hit, it might make sense to only enable this during critical moments like during OS install or during booting and disable the option once a fullscreen game is running. I'm aware that this isn't great but for now that is all there is. Hopefully things can be improved from here on.
