Variable dosbox.bat AND Multiple disk mount

Hello,

Sorry, I am French, and I translated with my poor English:

Great core Dosbox Pure ! Thanks for the last feature 0.13 on Retroarch Windows 10 or Batocera V31.

I have multiples game (around 350 best of dos games) and all work very well with DosBox standalone version 0.74-3 on Windows 10 or Batocera V31.

I have several problems/bugs/ideas of amelioration if you are ok to listen me for Dosbox Pure :

  1. I launch game with Dosbox.bat executable , example :

keyb fr joysticktype=none cputype=386_slow cycles=800 c: GAME.EXE

My problem is than all options (type memsize, cputype, cycles, etc… ) aren’t exploited. There options and variables are in a dosbox.conf, but It’s work on a .bat for modification on dosbox emulator standalone. My message error is :

: error illegal command z:\config (screenshot 1)

  1. If I mount several disk virtual with example command : “imgmount d "RedAl1.iso" "RedAlM.cue" -t iso” on my dosbox.bat, only 1 disk is automatically mounted. Can you mount all disks of the command imgmount or mount automatically all disk of my repertory, same dosbox standalone : CTRL+F4 for change virtual CD or via another combinaison key ? CRTL+F4 work formidably normally. (screenshot2)

Thanks in advance for your response, and thanks for great job,

Have a good day,

Hopefully we will have compatibility with .conf files soon.

I think that is what DosBox Pure needs to be almost perfect.

As @toniosj said we would love to hear that you are considering adding support for dosbox.conf or dosbox.bat configuration files 😊 Many users of dosbox-pure on recalbox would be really happy with that feature.

Thank you for the hard work!
