How to change the fixed resolution？

Can I compile the DLL file myself? Or other ways to modify the fixed resolution? Because I want to add 9:16 scale resolution, my output device software does not support custom resolution. thank you.

I did recompile the DLL's to change the name at one point years ago, but I didn't change the resolution. Might be possible though.
