Python 3.4, Lazy mode, Bootstrap 4

• Updated for use with Python 3.4.2
• Lazy Mode (Phone remote control support with socketio)
• Updated requirements.txt
• Bootstrap 4
• Removed gradient background (It caused slow browser performance issues)

Please include both of these if you can, the layout is still not the greatest but can always be changed later. Unfortunately with lazy mode, I really wanted to use a remote full screen button to automatically maximize the browser window but Chrome only allows the API to be used with an actual mouse click.

I don't know if you haven't got to this yet or don't want to merge (I tried to separate the new additions as much as possible) with that being said the socket io functions could be put in another python file so it's not as crowded. If this is merged I'll start implementing a version of @helderburato 's design if needed. Edit: unless he wants to do this **
