How did you get rotated bounding boxes in the detection result?

THEODORE annotations does not provide rotated bounding boxes, but I saw the detection result you provided has rotated bounding boxes.

How the network learn the rotated bounding boxes without rotated annotations?

by the way, can you provide the weight to reproduce the mAP?
