Zoom in doesn't work

I can't get the "plus" sign to zoom in. Zoom out works OK with the "minus" sign.

I managed to change the shortcuts to "z" and "x" by tweaking sdl.c, but for some reason "plus" and "minus" don't work.

Compiled on Ubuntu 12.04.

same here... instead I use the "fit page to" functions. I also enabled my mouse in terminal and the mouse wheel zooms in or out just fine... but as you say pressing the + key does nothing, but the minus key works.

It's receiving '+' as '='. See https://github.com/schandinat/green/pull/13.
