Set client name to "jsqsh" in db2 driver definition

When connecting to db2, it would be useful if jsqsh presented itself with an application name of "jsqsh". This can be done with the clientProgramName driver property.

Technically it would be nice to do this for all the drivers that support it, but for now db2 will do.
