RGC Volvo EC950E - Support

Add support for the RGC Volvo EC950E Excavator.

Bucket collisions need adjusting if someone can, I couldn't figure it out perfectly.

👍 There's some changes coming to machine configurations in 0.4.0.0 which will make it easier to create configurations without having to modify the code, I'll look into making one for the EC950E when the new version is ready :-) With 0.4.0.0 modders can also supply default configurations along with their vehicle mods

You Know there has been a lot of support for the bigger excavators buuuuut how about the little ones. For example the Taz Lieberr 924Compact. Just saying that would be pretty coooool. ALSO side note I don't know if you make excavator mods but tell whoever does make the controls to use crane controls not loader arms cuz it sucks with joysticks using loader arms.

iam not the coder but you can easily add your own vehicles to the mod. only compare exsisting vehicles with the configuration files. Its self explaining. I have allready add multiple buckets also for the liebherr 926 and also some dump trucks ... takes 10 minutes per vehicle..
