Change backdropAlpha for FloatingPanelLayout blocks parent ViewController

Description

Change backdropAlpha to 0.5 for FloatingPanelLayout. Drag panel to the bottom for remove.

Expected behavior

backdropView blocks parent view controller view from touches

Actual behavior

backdropView should't block parent view controller

Steps to reproduce

Add panel to UIViewController, display as addPanel to parent
