how to presented modally ViewController on floating panel

Description

I want to presented modally ViewController on Floaitng Panel.

But, I called presented ViewController on Floating Panel and then when I changed to device orientation, i saw that layout invalided screen.

why does it?

Steps to reproduce

1. called A Flaoting panel on ViewController
2. presented modally ViewController on A Flaoting Panel
3. change to orientation (portrait -> landscape)
4. check invalid layout
