Apple Maps behaviour

Description

I would like to have a similar behaviour as Apple's Maps app has:

Expected behavior

If you swipe the panel from .tip up with high velocity, it should move to .full. If you swipe the panel from .tip up with low velocity, it should move to .half.

Similarly, if you swipe the panel from .full down with high velocity, it should move to .tip. If you swipe the panel from .full down with low velocity, it should move to .half.

Actual behavior

The panel does not take into account velocity when moving to a targeted position. Or maybe I have overlooked a delegate or this behaviour can be archived with with a custom FloatingPanelBehavior?
