We need documentation for maintaining the various distributions. Off the top of my head, liblsl is now available via homebrew (MacOS), conda-forge, vcpk, conan, maybe others? We need some documentation on how to maintain those distributions.

@chausner , would you be willing to get the ball rolling for the ones you know about? I don't know if the instructions should go directly in lib_dev.rst or if we need a new document for this. We can organize later if need be; collecting the info is the most important part.
