Reorganize supported devices list.

[..] One idea I had was to reorganize the "Supported devices list" in the documentation into a table like this:

Device	Support status	Code	Download
BrainAmp	Official	Github	Download ↓
Some other device	untested	Github	↓

This is mainly to steer users directly to the release page instead of the repository page and avoid questions about the build system from users who just want some binaries.

It looks good, but we'd need another column for "More Info" for devices that don't have code and don't have a direct download. For example, devices with LSL support integrated into the vendor-provided software that can only be accessed by logging in to your licensed account on their webpage.
