HackRF+Portapack+Havok firmware - kal -s not scanning

csi@csi-analyst:/opt$ kalibrate-hackrf/src/kal -s GSM900 -E 10000 kal: Scanning for GSM-900 base stations. sticks here

On the Portapack -> put into HackRF mode so the SRD passes through. On the LCD screen, the frequencies are not changing. Staying at 935200000

When I use other scanners, the frequencies on the LCD do change.
