How to launch the project on iOS

I don't understand how you go from step 3 to step 4. I did an npm install Then npm start.

But it is stuck at <END> Building Dependency Graph (1102ms)

Could you explain what to do next? (I tried to run the xcode project, but it doesn't compile) Thank you very much
