Online Video

In PowerPoint, I have the option to create a shape linking to an online video by going Insert > Media > Video > Online Videos. In the documentation I see shape.add_movie(), but this only accepts the actual video file, not a online link. Is it correct that this feature is not supported by python-pptx? If not, is that something being considered (can't find any references in previous issues)?
