What is your feature request?

It would be great to introduce Tegel's tree component as like this ( https://material.angular.io/components/tree/overview ) It's been created out of a nested json object where each nested object is treated as a child node. It should also have a search box to filter the tree. It's been extensively used in my project, so having it in tegel wouold be really helpful.

Background

We have created our own custom component with so much of logic in code but having them in Tegel will be easier to use and maintain .
