[BUG] The plugin does not extract Japanese text from a PDF

Problem description:

If I attach a pdf with both English and Japanese text in the file, and choose the extract to a note it only extracts the English text.

• Obsidian version: 1.1.16
• Operating system: MacOS Ventura 13.3.1
• Number of images/PDFs in your vault (approx.): 2
