[BUG] Invalid file path

Problem description:

I have an external application that adds notes to my vault. I have noticed this warning message consistently.

Your environment:

  • Omnisearch version: v1.18.1
  • Obsidian version: v1.4.16
  • Operating system: Darwin Kernel Version 22.3.0
  • Number of indexed documents in your vault (approx.): 3000

Things to try:

  • Does the problem occur when Omnisearch is the only active community plugin:
  • Does the problem occur when you don't index PDFs, images, or other non-notes files:
  • Does the problem occur after a cache reset:

To reproduce:

  • Modify an indexed document outside of Obsidian
  • Rename it outside of Obsidian
  • Switch back to Obsidian and open Omnisearch

It seems I can't reproduce it anymore. Is this bug still present?
