Tooltips vanish after a few ms in MetalK8s UI

32.c In platform/nodes/metrics but when this pop up appears it stays for a few ms then it vanishes 😞

Somehow when a new action dispatch, the tooltip disappears, need futher investigation of the root cause.

What was expected: The tooltip should display unless the cursor moves out.
