Navbar logo - Set padding to 16px

Component: UI - Navbar

Why this is needed: To have a consistent design

What should be done: Set the padding on the left to 16 px, for the logo.

Implementation proposal (strongly recommended):

I think currently logo padding-left in MetalK8s UI is correct set to 16px. @Cuervino can you please check it and close the issue?
