Impossible to edit or delete a node through GUI

If a node is created but not deployed we cannot remove it or edit it through the GUI

  • delete/edit a node before it is deployed
  • update taints/roles of a node
  • drain/cordon/uncordon a node for maintenance operation

@xaf-scality we can at least remove the node using kubectl but agree that we should be able to do it from the UI ...
