Broken link in README
The link to http://s3-server.readthedocs.io/en/latest/GETTING_STARTED/#configuration in https://github.com/scality/cloudserver#run-it-with-multiple-data-backends is 404.
CloudServer has been in the "we oughta get to that next" category for a couple of years now. My hope has been that we can use it as our test bench for more rational API documentation, but that initiative never goes anywhere. I have no objection to getting us back into CloudServer, but the internal sale would need to be made that this is a priority before we could take our focus off of the Big Deadline.
As for RTD, that's something that's been added to our settings by engineering groups that want RTD coverage/output. Tech Pubs doesn't mess with the RTD settings in our conf.py files, but we don't maintain that output, nor have we received any training or instruction as to how to maintain it.
