CSV pricing file location is not appropriate

When using droplet, a CSV file containing pricing information is created alongside the profile in the .droplet directory. This file is a kind of log file, i.e. it is growing as the system is used, whereas the profile file is a configuration file. It should be possible to put these files in different locations (under /etc and under /var) or to disable the creation of the CSV file completely if it is not useful for the application.
