unable to list the contents of a directory whose name contains "&"

Inside one of my buckets, I copied a directory named Q&A which contains a few files. I am unable to list the contents of such a directory, the output is blank, even looping with "recurse". The behavior was also noted when using a libdroplet based tool such as dplsh.

I think it's a duplicate of #57. So, I'll first close #57, then work on this one if it's not a dup.
