I think having new g8 templates should be fine. Just an idea but I think the possible candidates are:

• g8 template for an sbt project using scalikejdbc lib and mapper-generator
• g8 template for a blank akka-http app using scalikejdbc and mapper-generator
• g8 template for a blank Play app using scalikejdbc and mapper-generator

If somebody has a strong motivation to build and a new g8 template for ScalikeJDBC beginners and keep maintaining it, I would love to create a new repository as an official one.
