Scaleway compatibility with remote state from terragrunt

Scaleway support remote terraform state storage though s3 API but when you want to use terrgarunt (terraform at scale) it is not possible see: https://terragrunt.gruntwork.io/docs/reference/config-blocks-and-attributes/#remote_state default s3 enpoint go to amazon . It will be easier to overrided s3 backend with scaleway values
