Add a --console option to launch a console on a relevant page

Description

Sometimes, I would like to have a visualisation of a given resource in the web console while I'm in the CLI. Having a --console option would allow to open a resource in the web browser without having to click through several screens to go directly to the webpage I'm interested in.

How this functionality would be exposed
