Arm instances shouldn't be mentioned, as they are not provided by Scaleway anymore.

Arm instances are mentioned:

• in the help of the CLI tool:

  * The **ARM** instances range is based on Cavium ThunderX SoCs and provides up to 64 Cores ARM 64bit, 128GB of RAM and 1TB SSD storage.
