Apply to an instance a default security group that will only allow traffic coming from a given lb

Description

As a user I would like to quickly secure an instance to only receive traffic from a given LB and nothing else.

How this functionality would be exposed

Not sure where this feature could go, but it should be mention in the see also of lb create backend and instance security-group create.
