Grave Mod bug - player inventory lost on death no death table created

Issue Description

Opon death players loose thier inventory as intended however no death table (Grave Mod) is created and by using the grave to retrieve items no item retrievel is in place. Several players lost thier inventory by these means.

Reproduce Steps

Well ...die basicly.

I think I have the same issue. I die, a grave is left but I cannot get my things. This happens every time I die.

UPDATE - I feel like a fool. I have to shift sneak walking on the grave to open. Not an issue for me just an id10t error.
