Duplicate Redstone Dust
Hey, I just found a bug that duplicates Redstone Dust while I was trying to automate the creation of Fluix Crystals using the Formation Plane from AE2. I am using a subnetwork to control the formation plane and am using a Processing Pattern to insert the Charge Certus Quartz, Nether Quartz, and Redstone Dust into a chest, and then taking those items out of the chest and into an Interface in my subnetwork. The interface then puts the items into the formation plane as that is the only place for them to go in the network. The formation plane is set to drop the items out and they fall into a water source. Everything works just fine, except the interface does not lose the Redstone dust and it just constantly get dropped out of the Formation Plane. IE if I put a stack in the Interface, a stack comes out of the Formation Plane every few ticks and it never leaves the Interface.
Are you sure it's not just pulling more from your main system?

It is not hooked directly to my main system. I request that Fluix be made and the Interface attached directly to the chest in the screenshot deposits the Redstone, Charged Certus Quartz, and Nether Quarts into the chest. Translocator then transfers the items into the other Interface on the subnetwork. It's that interface that the Redstone never leaves and continuously spills out of the Formation Plane you see there above the water. Then, the Vaccum Chest is connected to an Import Bus on my main system to send it back. That is a cable anchor preventing the subnetwork from connecting to my main system.
It could be the translocator, have you tried a normal pipe between the chest and interface or better yet just put an import bus on the chest

Same thing. Using the Import Bus on the Chest and it by passes the second interface all together, but never pulls the redstone out of the chest. I have to head to work now, but I will gladly do any testing you need me to do when I can.
Just went and tested in a single-player world (I play on a server that I host normally) and the issue is the same. From what I can tell it only happens with Redstone Dust and no other items. I added storage to the system in the single player world just in case it was an issue with the subnetwork not having any actual storage, but that didn't help either.
ok thanks for testing i will see if it still happens in 1.5.1 when i make all the config changes and such i need to do before i release it to the public. and i will come back and let you know
Sounds good to me. Just a minor inconvenience to me so don't rush on my behalf.
Saw the 1.5.1 release and test in a single player world (haven't updated server yet) and it's still the same issue. I can make a fresh profile and only have AE2 installed with defaults if you want me to test if it is just an issue with AE2?
Works properly in a 12.2 world with only AE2 installed through the Twitch client.
ok there seems to be some bad mod interaction going on then
