Redirect without cookie support

From IRC (not yet personally confirmed):

just noticed a possible bug in redirect. I have redirect("/") in my method but the headers come out Location: http://123.456.789.000:8080/http://123.456.789.000:8080/;jsessionid=1FDE44626AEFDEFE662372A227DD9B9D. Seems to only happen when there's no cookie support

that would be weird, because cookiesupport is mixed into scalatra base
