Forward `projectsJavaInfo` from metals to nvim-metals' Doctor output

An attempt to fix #663

Hi! I hope I got this right, because I wasn't able to get Doctor to output this field when run locally. Also couldn't stop myself from fixing what I think is a bug (the version == 3 check) and a typo.

Thanks a lot for this @nikololiahim, sorry I lost track of this and never checked it. Let me try to take a look at this today and we'll see if we can get it merged.
