Sbt will not always work correctly with sbt BSP

Describe the bug

This was raised on discord and I can't remember what is the solution here, but the sbt console and BSP often conflict with each other.

Can you give more details about the conflicts between sbt console, and BSP? This looks more like a bug in sbt itself.

I need to investigate first I think. I only created it to not forget about it and I think someone promised to add more data from him on discord.
