Some of these were included in the migration to setup-java that we did earlier and I cherry picked a couple more in https://github.com/scalacenter/bloop/pull/1980. There are some others in here that I don't feel like we've been hitting on in tests lately (although stuff has been super flaky). However, when digging more into the flaky tests I may come back and steal more. Thanks @keynmol!
