Allow users to change their own name

Currently there is no way to change a user’s name.

There should be a way to do that for the user themselves.

We could also consider allowing it for organization admins in single-orga setups or possibly for single-orga users (though that would leak the info whether a user is single-orga to the orga admin, not sure if that’s a problem)
